Welcome to the Commonwealth Charcoal Company shop. Each piece is handmade and sustainably foraged. These charcoals are made in limited batches, and are seasonally available. Please email me if there is a charcoal that you are interested in purchasing, if it is currently out of stock, and I can email you when they come back in season/stock.
Charcoal is made from organic material, burned in an oxygen deprived environment. This enables all other organic components and water to be removed, leaving the carbon behind. In this shop you will find other carbon based products included, as well as bamboo charcoal holders, with waxed linen ferrules.
